Lake Superior Fly Fishing || Minnesota Landmark Art Print
Giclée Fine Art open edition print of an Original illustration by Mark Herman
It is the biggest lake in the world (by surface area), so it will come as no surprise that it has been nicknamed “The Freshwater Sea.” Deep blue waters and towering, colorful cliffs reveal Lake Superior's spectacular landscapes that have inspired artists and explorers for centuries.
The lake borders Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and the Canadian province of Ontario. There are many species of fish in Lake Superior that you can catch from shore. The most popular fish targeted by shore anglers are steelhead, Kamloops rainbow trout and coho salmon.
About our prints: We only use Epson Brand Printers, Epson inks and Epson Enhanced Matte Paper to ensure our high quality standards and attention to detail is consistent with every print you purchase from us. Every print is made by our family owned small business and personally inspected.
Please note that some color tones and intensities may vary slightly from online to in person, but the heavy stock premium matte paper nicely enhances the rich colors in Mark’s artwork.
All of our prints include a white printed border, designed to look great when placed directly into a frame without the need for an additional mat.
