Rochester Ear of Corn Water Tower at Golden Hour || Minnesota Landmark Original Giclée Art Print
Giclée Fine Art open edition print of an Original illustration by Mark Herman
Boasting the title of 2021’s winner of the People’s Choice Award for Tnemec’s annual “Tank of the Year” Contest, this quirky and unique sight can be found in Rochester, Minnesota. Standing 151 ft tall, the Ear of Corn Water Tower resembles a husked ear of corn and was built in 1931 as a nod to one of the 2 main vegetables processed at the Reid, Murdoch and Co. food cannery. While the canning facility closed its doors for the last time in 2018, the tower remains as a popular tourist attraction and photo op destination for locals and visitors in the Southeast Minnesota Region.
About our prints: We only use Epson Brand Printers, Epson inks and Epson Enhanced Matte Paper to ensure our high quality standards and attention to detail is consistent with every print you purchase from us. Every print is made by our family owned small business and personally inspected.
Please note that some color tones and intensities may vary slightly from online to in person, but the heavy stock premium matte paper nicely enhances the rich colors in Mark’s artwork.
All of our prints include a white printed border, designed to look great when placed directly into a frame without the need for an additional mat.
